Return and Exchange Policy

Order Cancellations:
All orders can be canceled before they are shipped. However, custom/personalized orders cannot be canceled after your order is received. This is because we commence with the design immediately after it is received.

Returns:
Customized orders and orders that participate in any event offers cannot be returned.
Our policy is that you can request a return within seven days of receipt of the goods, beyond that time, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer you a return.
We recommend purchasing insurance, delivery signature, and parcel tracking options. All returns must be sent to our location.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (Notes:
The products in our store are photographed in kind, but due to differences in light and monitor, and the real slightly color difference are normal. So we do not accept returns due to color difference.)

Exchange
If an item arrives damaged, we must be notified as soon as the item arrives up to 7 days of receipt so that you can be sent a new item.
Please submit a photo showing the damage as well as your order number to: support@jojoparty.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

About shipping costs
Due to the quality of the product return shipping costs are borne by our store, other reasons require customers to bear their own shipping costs.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
